Toastique PB Crunch

I like to pretend that I’m ordering breakfast when I get the PB Crunch toast at Toastique.

But in reality, I’m getting a mouth-watering combination of honey, peanut butter, and fruit that can only be described as dessert.

I often get this toast as a treat on Sunday mornings. It gives me something extra special to look forward to before the work week starts up again.

Le Diplomate is home to the spectacular milk chocolate pot de crème.

This dessert is so rich that it has the singular honor of being the only dessert that I can’t finish in one sitting.

Split this dessert with the rest of your table the next time you eat at Le Diplomate. Or get it for take-out and hide the leftovers in the back of the refrigerator for safe keeping.

You now it’s good when you can’t help but go “yummmmm” when taking the first bite of something.

My only regret is that I bought just a single chocolate macaron. I won’t make that mistake again!

6. Flavor of the Day – District Doughnut

District Doughnut

The doughnuts at District Doughnut are too delicious to restrict to breakfast time!

These are not your run-of-the-mill doughnuts. Unique flavors like caramel apple streusel, everything cream cheese, and vanilla chai crème brûlée grace the menu here.

Be sure to ask for the flavor of the day doughnut. And prepare yourself for deliciousness like the chocolate old fashion and apple cider bites. So, so good.

Just plan on bringing a friend to split the flight with – it ends up being a lot of ice cream!
